LMS INTERFACE PERSONALIZATION

Easy-to-use, familiar user interface. ShareKnowledge works as a component of SharePoint. With a modern SharePoint-style interface, navigation is easy.

Personalized learning activities. Every employee can access their personalized learning plan and catalog.

Multilingual. Employees can select the interface language themselves. ShareKnowledge is currently available in English and German. 

Learner-Centric Design – All Data Is Personalized

“My Learning” Page. Every employee can access their “My Learning” page, which includes three views:

  • In the “By Type” view, courses are grouped according to three enrollment types: Required, Recommended and Open. Courses are also sorted alphabetically within each group.
  • In the “By Status” view, courses are sorted by progression status: Not Enrolled, Enrolled, Request Enrollment, Pending, Rejected, Cancelled, Approved, In Progress, In Grading, Passed and Failed.
  • In the “Schedule” view, the following are displayed: Instructor-Led Trainings grouped by date, required courses with due dates, all in-progress activities.

Personal Learning Plan. Every employee has a personalized learning plan at their disposal, which is a list of activities being studied or that they’ll need to study later. The employee sees within their plan, for each activity: its name, a short description, the activity type, enrollment type (if this course is mandatory) and its status (if study is in progress).

Personal Learning Catalog. Every employee has a personalized learning catalog at their disposal, where only learning activities available to this specific employee are listed according to enrollment rules defined during the publication of learning activities in the catalog. The catalog is simple to navigate, since it’s ordered using a hierarchical tag structure.

The learner can study learning materials by downloading the appropriate file.

Launch SCORM courses.

Automatically launch SCORM Player for “eLearning course/test”-type activities.

Pause and resume activities.

The learner can pause and resume eLearning courses and tests.

Redo.

It’s possible to redo an activity if the employee has any unused attempts left.

Complete information about events.

Employees can view information about an event, its date and location, etc.
