Use Everyday Files as Learning Materials. Use ordinary documents as learning materials: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, along with video and audio material. Since ShareKnowledge is a SharePoint LMS, you can publish these materials directly from SharePoint libraries into a learning catalog.

ILT Management LMS in SharePoint

Manage Your Online and Offline Instructor-Led Trainings Within ShareKnowledge. ShareKnowledge uses the same interface to plan both classroom training sessions and online Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) via webinar services. ShareKnowledge supports both WebEx and Lync. Simply select the desired service when you create a training session within the LMS (see screenshot below) to get the Presenter link on the event’s page. When the session begins, the system automatically redirects learners to the appropriate webinar service page.

Test Your Employees. An integrated test editor (Quick Test Creation Tool) makes it possible to quickly convert thousands of questions into SCORM tests. The flexible reporting system makes it possible to generate statistics on individual questions.
