Wait Lists Make 100% Attendance Possible

With ShareKnowledge, each learner can request a seat among the training sessions available to them.
Often, you may have more registrations than one location can accommodate. Wait Lists are an easy and convenient way to manage situations when you have more learners than available seats.
While reviewing attendance requests, the learning manager may not only approve or reject them, but also append them to the Wait List. If an employee with an approved request can’t participate in a training session, the learning manager can cancel this employee’s registration and choose someone else from the Wait List as a replacement.
When you open the event, you’ll see a table listing the applicants and the statuse of each. If a vacancy appears for the training session, choose someone else from the Wait List and change their status to ‘approved’.
